  • Shipping & Delivery

All orders are revised for accuracy before leaving our workshop. Due to the production time involved with each piece, we will ship your order within 3 to 10 business days. And you will receive your order within 1 to 5 business days from when it was shipped.  If you need your order by a specific date, please send us an email with special instructions and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via e-mail. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed with a tracking number. Packages can only be delivered to street addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

We ship to many international location but not all. If we don't ship to your country please email us so we can try to accommodate your shipping.International shipping will include additional fees like local customs,duties or taxes. These fees are payed by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You can exchange or return any unworn, tagged and unaltered piece within 7 days of the receipt date. Please note this does not include any custom orders which are final sale. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

In order to make a return, you will need a Return Authorization Number.  Please call us or send an email to info@maryesses.com  with "returns" as a subject line. Let us know the order number and , if possible, the reason of your return so we can use this information to assist you better in the future.

No exchange or refund will be obtained without a Return Authorization Number. All returns must include a return address, a phone number  and a copy of your recipt. Please note that RA numbers will expire 7 days after issued. For your protection, please insure the item for its full value and ship the item in a way that you can verify receipt (e.g. UPS or insured Parcel Post). Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods.
